In some circumstances it may be necessary to disable a North52 SDK message step that exists on the User entity in Dynamics.

To do this please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the System and open SDK Message Processing Steps
  2. Sort by Primary Object Type Code in descending order and locate the plugins running on the User
  3. Tick the box beside North52.FormulaManager.Plugins.User.PreCreate: Create of systemuser
  4. Tick the box beside North52.FormulaManager.Plugins.User.PreUpdate: Create of systemuser
  5. Then click the Deactivate button

This will change the status of the SDK Message Processing Step to Disabled. 

** Note: This is an old plugin inside the North52 solution and is no longer used so it is safe to leave it disabled. In a future release the plugin with be removed or permanently disabled.
